Tinanong ko na ito sa Vmobile facebook page pero wala akong nakuhang sagot. Baka sakali alam nyu ang sagot o matulungan nyu ako makuha ang tamang sagot: “Na activate ko na ang Mpower sim ko (2 pcs ang binili ko) pero hindi ko magamit sa pag loadself ng special products na VM300 o ung VM500. Ang tanong ay mapapasama pa ba itong 2 Mpower sims ko sa raffle draw? Pinapalitan ko na at naka ilang ulit na din ako ngpadala complaint sa ticket support pero wala naman sinabi na instruction kung ano ang gagawin laging ang sagot ay “…we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department”. Hanggang ngaun hindi pa din magamit ang mga mpower sims na ito sa pag selfload.

In an event, that your SIM is not activated within the day, please call customer service at 311-300 and report the issue. They usually resolve the concern within 1 week providing that you have given the right information.
